  • Estructura. Se ha proyectado mediante estructura metálica y muros de carga.
  • Tabiquería. La tabiquería interior de distribución se realizará mediante paneles de cartón-yeso con aislamiento acústico.
  • Cerramientos exteriores. Muros existentes con trasdosado panel cartón-yeso con aislamiento térmico.
  • Pavimentos. Se colocará entarimado de madera flotante.
  • Alicatados. La cocina y baños se alicatarán mediante mármol o cerámica de 1ª calidad.
  • Yesos y escayolas. Se dispondrá falso techo de placas de escayola.
  • Vidriería. Doble acristalamiento exterior tipo climalit.
  • Carpintería interior. Las puertas de paso interiores serán acabadas en madera de iroko o haya. Los armarios se entregarán acabados y forrados. Los herrajes de la carpintería serán de acero inoxidable.
  • Carpintería exterior. Se realizará en madera de iroko con doble galce. Las persianas serán de madera de pino para pintar.
  • Fontanería. La instalación se realizará mediante tubos de polietileno, la red de agua caliente será aislada térmicamente y el agua fría protegida con funda.
  • Climatización. Mediante bomba de calor.
  • Sanitarios. Sanitarios en porcelana vitrificada de 1ª calidad y griferías monoblock.
  • Telecomunicaciones. Según actual normativa.
  • Instalación eléctrica. Nivel de electrificación alto, con mecanismos marca bticino serie light.
